Newark and Sherwood Homes prides itself in its high performing income service and we are looking for a self-motivated individual to join us, focused on ensuring rent is paid as due and undertaking actions with customers supporting sustainment of homes and delivery of our income targets.

You will work within our finance and income team and closely with our income management advisors to support and progress recovery actions. Your duties will include monitoring direct debit payment plans and progressing correspondence and communications when rent payments are not in accordance with the tenancy agreement. You will also support the income management advisors in the preparation of legal paperwork and applying for payments from third parties where appropriate.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent numerical and communication skills. You will also be able to learn how to use new systems to a high standard as part of your work.

A natural multi-tasker, you will work well under pressure and be a highly organised and pro-active member of our team. Education up to GCSE level is expected.
